Energy. Style.
Command the stage.
High-energy, dynamic movement and sharp technique. Jazz classes explore Broadway to commercial styles — focusing on leaps, turns, and rhythmic execution.
What is Jazz?
Jazz dance is an expressive art form characterized by its unique combination of isolation techniques, sharp movements, and soulful expression. At NSOS, jazz training encompasses a wide range of styles from classic Broadway jazz to high-energy commercial and contemporary jazz.
Our classes build on a foundation of jazz technique while encouraging students to develop their personal style and stage presence. Students progress from fundamental isolations and basic combinations to complex multi-directional choreography.
